Mental health and wellbeing is relevant to us all, it is something we all have, just as we all have physical health. Putting the WE into mental wellbeing is a programme that aims to educate and empower. In this workshop we will spend time unpacking mental health, looking at organisational, leader and individual roles and responsibilities. We will focus on dispelling myths and reducing stigma. Participants will walk away with an increased understanding of the issues that affect mental health in the workplace and tools to manage their own mental health and wellbeing.
This workshop can be delivered as three standalone 2-hour training sessions or 1 full day.
